Mr. Kumar Koirala is the Chairman of the company. He holds Master’s Degree in Political Science. He has served in Nepal police for 27 years in senior management position in various assignments.He was associated with United Nations service and served for eight years in different advisory position in Bangladesh, Austria and Ukraine.

He has attended national/ international conferences organized by bilateral and multilateral organizations and have travelled to many countries across the globe.Currently, he is engaged with United Nations as Senior Police Adviser.
