Head – Branding & Digital Marketing

Branding

• Responsible for developing branch strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, and implementing brand plans in order to achieve brand business objective in the short and long term.
• Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms.
• Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
• Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
• Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with current trend, as well as trying to predict future trends.
• Manage the budget for advertisement and promotional measures.
• Organizing events such as press release, product launch, photo shoots, annual general meeting, etc.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Maintain social media presence across all digital channels
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Manager website of the Company
• Evaluate emerging technologies

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the related field
• Branch awareness – a clear understanding of brand and marketing mix
• Creative and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
• Experience with and an understanding of market research
• An understanding of trends and ability to respond to it
• Relationship management skills
• Strong research and analytical skills and attention to details
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Management and coordination skill
• Well versed in social media advertisement, mobile marketing, email marketing and content management/marketing skills
• ICT skills
